Application Fees?
Furman Property Management does NOT charge an application fee.
Applying for a Rental Unit
All persons that will be living in the unit and over the age of 18 must complete an application in full.
A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required when applying.
Applications will be processed when all applications, IDs and a deposit check has been received.
If you have a pet and are applying for a pet friendly unit, the Pet Addendum must be turned in when applying.
All applicants must include a copy of the applicant’s photo ID with legible signature.
Deposit & Co-Signer Requirements
Depending on the credit worthiness of all applicants, requirements range as follows:
| Single Deposit | Average Credit History. |
| Double Deposit | May be required due to lack of credit or poor credit history. |
| Guarantor | May be required due to lack of credit or poor credit history. |
| Denial | Poor credit history or inability to meet requested requirements. |
WE DO NOT HOLD CHECKS AT FURMAN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON!!!
Assume all checks received by Furman Property Management will be cashed that day or soon thereafter.
How long will it take to Process my Application?
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, normally the approval process and document preparation takes about 10 minutes if the manager is available.
